(SIOUX CITY, IA) - New developments in the case against the man accused of raping and killing a three year old South Sioux City girl.

De Jesus Melicio Camacho's attorney filed a motion to exclude evidence gathered at his arrest. If granted, Camacho's statement and other evidence collected by police would be thrown out.  

A pre-trial hearing was scheduled for Tuesday. That conference has been moved to December ninth.
