(SIOUX CITY, IA) Two Siouxland fugitives are captured after a decade on the run. Donald Earles and Catherine Papajohn both faced arson and mail fraud charges after the 1989 IGA grocery store fire in Sloan, Iowa. Earles failed to appear in court in 1999 and went into hiding using false names. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison and a $250,000 fine. Papajohn is serving her sentence in a Minnesota federal prison.
