More trouble for Tisha Vega, the woman recently convicted in the Nathanial Saunsoci case. Vega is now charged with attempted murder for an incident this past weekend. Vega and her husband Carlos Vega each face three felony charges after an incident this weekend in Colfax County, Nebraska. 

Tisha Vega is currently awaiting sentencing in connection the 2006 death of toddler Nathanial Saunsoci. But now, Tisha and Carlos Vega are both being held in the Platte county detention facility in Columbus,  Nebraska in relation to an alleged attempted murder this past Sunday.

An official from the Platte county detention facility says they were both brought in on Sunday and are each facing the same charges the bond is set at $750,000. The jail official tells us the Vega's were each booked on felony charges of attempted murder, aiding and abetting an assault, and assault by strangulation.

Tisha's next court appearance is set for August 4th, her husband's next court date is September 1st. Meanwhile, Tisha's sentencing in the Nathanial Saunsoci case is August 25th.
