Samuel Gomez will be arraigned in Woodbury County Court on July 8th. He was driving a boat saturday on the Missouri river, but when he suddenly slowed down, two passengers were thrown off the boat. One passenger, Oscar Gomez of South Sioux City, was rescued after suffering propeller cuts to his leg. The other passenger, Bruce Wright, also of South Sioux City disappeared into the water. His body was recovered on Monday
