(SIOUX CITY, IA) The Big Sioux Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association celebrated World Alzheimer's Day by releasing balloons to focus awareness on dementia and memory loss. The Big Sioux Chapter offers help and hope for families facing the disease and a senior day care to give caretakers a break.
